We’re Watching: AB161

Retailers should be aware of AB161, a bill making its way through the California legislature that aims to make e-receipts the default option.

As with most things in the legislative body, opinions are varied and passionate.

Susan Shelley, writing in the Los Angeles Daily News, calls AB161 a “piece of nonsense legislation.” Read her opinion piece here.
