A facebook post from earlier this month by Emigh Ace Hardware, a legacy hardware store with locations in Sacramento and El Dorado Hills included a comment mentioning new ownership.
A little investigation showed the Ace store number had changed and a logo for Crown Ace Hardware appeared in place of the familiar Emigh Ace one.
This comes several months after Crown acquired Alamo Hardware and it’s three locations also in Northern California.
“For over 100 years, Emigh Hardware has been more than a store, it’s been a trusted neighbor, built on a legacy of helpful service, honest advice, and generations of community care. And we’re still going strong.”
